Having practiced yoga for 20 years and been a teacher for 19 of those, Fiona is skilled and experienced in guiding you to find the right way of practicing.

Whether that's through a more traditional way of practicing yoga or more explorative approach. Fiona teaches hatha yoga, vinyasa and yin and can tailor each practice to suit you.

Breathwork

Movement (asana)

A pillar of many spiritual practice and a vital part of yoga practice. Breath opens the channels in body, quietens the mind, softens the heart and brings peace and clarity 

Moving in a way which increases flexibility, increases mobility and strength and greatly improves circulation.

Positive thinking & meditation

Presence

An essential and often overlooked aspect of yoga practice. This will support you not just on the mat but in all areas of your life

Our body is a gift; when we come home to it and truly listen we will discover and understand how real presence enhances our entire lives!

One–to–one yoga with Fiona is an invitation to come home to yourself.
In these sessions, we slow everything down so you can really listen – to your body, to your breath, and to the quieter voice of your soul. Together we create a safe, gentle space where you are fully seen and supported, whether you are rebuilding your strength, tending an aching heart, or deepening an already established practice.

Whether you seek to remove mental clutter, are recovering from an injury and/or are in search of rehabilitative support, or are in pursuit of a practice to support physical training or wish to build strength, confidence and balance Fiona can tailor classes specifically to your wants and needs!
