Somatic Regulation (online)

IMG_3428.jpeg

Gentle online sessions to help you calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and feel more steady in yourself.

This is gentle, body-based work for anyone who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, shut down, or simply in need of a deeper sense of steadiness. Through somatic regulation, breath, presence and compassionate listening, I support you to calm, ground and restore your nervous system at a pace that feels safe for you.

Together, we create space for regulation and resilience - helping your body remember what safety, ease and presence can feel like from the inside. This trauma-informed non method orientated approach supports you to regulate and reconnect, gently restoring inner safety and helping you feel more at home in yourself.

"I had the opportunity to experience a nervous system regulation session with Fiona, and it was a wonderfully grounding, supportive and calming experience. From the outset, I felt held in a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. Fiona guided the session with sensitivity and professionalism, helping me to become more aware of my body's responses and offering practical tools to support greater regulation and ease.

In just a single session, I  felt noticeably more steady, more connected to myself and my womb area, and with a greater understanding of the power of the nervous system and I felt more embodied.  I would highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking to better regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

Fiona also offers other magnificent healing and embodying modalities, which I  have experienced and wholeheartedly recommend."

It serves as a gentle, steady resource for whatever you are navigating in life - whether you’re moving through a life transition, tenderly uncovering grief or heartache, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, dysregulated, carrying too much for too long, longing to feel safe in your body again, or simply needing compassionate support rather than another class, course, or performance space.
