I will be offering this event in my local village hall, a small gathering, my first since stepping out of a studio setting which I have inhabited for many years.

This signature offering is one of a kind, very gentle movement - (accessible for all) and then moments of held stillness and presence on the Shakti Mat to bring more energy, vitality and flow. It is subtle but strong, allowing the yang to regenerate through the yin.
