A baño is a ritual cleansing using an infusion of a sacred plants to wash the body along with prayers and song. It both cleans away stuck energy and restores the spirit leaving you feeling lighter and more open.
One to one yoga session/s
£70 1 hour (or £55 each for 6 sessions)
Duration can be increased up to 1 hour 30 mins, priced accordingly
Yoga has a multitude of benefits from offering freedom from pain to physical, mental and energetic realignment to increased flexibility and strength whilst enabling you to find a greater range of movement. It supports both mind and body.
The intention behind my classes is the same - when lesson planning I ask myself what function and/or mobility or ease can this create across all planes within in our daily lives…?

Group ceremonies

I offer individual ceremonies and ritual for healing and re-alignment. My plant medicine ceremonies include working with cacao, guayusa, mapacho tobacco, rapé, chilli as well as other more commonly known plants such as rose. I will guide you in how to sit with these medicines to unlock their healing potential and bring about lasting transformation in your life.
