My personal practice has moved through many seasons – from dynamic flows and strong, fiery sequences, to deeply restorative, breath–led spaces of rest and release.
I have learned to listen to the body as a wise teacher and to honour the nervous system, the heart, and the subtle energy as much as the physical form. This is what I bring into our work together: a steady presence, a finely tuned sensitivity, and a deep respect for the pace and truth of your own soul.
In a one–to–one session, we shape the practice around you. We might combine gentle asana, breath work, restorative postures, meditation, and guided relaxation.
My intention is that you leave feeling more connected, more resourced, and more yourself – with simple practices you can carry into your everyday life.

1:1 yoga sessions
One–to–one yoga with me is an invitation to come home to yourself.
In these sessions, we slow everything down so you can really listen – to your body, to your breath, and to the quieter voice of your soul. Together we create a safe, gentle space where you are fully seen and supported, whether you are rebuilding your strength, tending an aching heart, or deepening an already established practice.
Whether you seek to remove mental clutter, are recovering from an injury and/or are in search of rehabilitative support, or are in pursuit of a practice to support physical training or wish to build strength, confidence and balance I can tailor classes specifically to your wants and needs!
